225 Franklin St. lists 6 units of 452–1,485 ft², up to $5.24 per ft² and $3,750 a month. 101 Federal Street appears as a 5-unit listing at a flat $5.15 per ft² (161–969 ft², $831–$4,986) and as Suite 1900 with 7 units at $4.51–$6.50 (151–969 ft², $680–$6,250). One International Place, Suite 1400 has 5 units of 172–1,012 ft² at $2.71–$5.14, $860–$5,200. 470 Atlantic Avenue lists 7 rooms of 151–1,184 ft² at $4.61–$6.97. At the opposite end of the price scale, 33 Arch Street opens at $145 a month for 65 ft².
Back Bay: Arlington Street and St James Avenue
Two 75 Arlington Street listings exist: one of 5 units at a flat $5.15 per ft² (161–969 ft², $831–$4,986), one of 5 units at $4.48–$4.94 (194–1,012 ft², $870–$4,750). On the same block, 31 Saint James Avenue lists 7 units of 237–2,454 ft² at $2.00–$2.62 ($570–$5,950), while 120 Saint James Avenue is the bargain: 6 units of 86–1,313 ft² from $130 a month. 361 Newbury Street lists 7 units of 215–2,368 ft² at a flat $2.60.
Downtown, Charlestown and beyond
40 Water Street lists 5 units of 452–1,873 ft² at $3.27–$3.61 ($1,480–$6,350); 75 State Street 7 units at $2.60; 60 State Street, Suite 700 six units from $270. The Schrafft's Center Power House in Charlestown lists 7 units of 215–2,368 ft² at $2.60, $560–$6,160. Outside the core, 625 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge lists 6 units from $250 and 1309 Beacon Street, Suite 300 in Brookline 6 units of 431–1,507 ft² up to $3,950 a month.
